1. Who is responsible for your data

2. Data we collect

Account data: name, email, agency, country, phone and language, plus the logo or photo you upload to personalize your videos.

Property data: the link you paste and the public information extracted from it (title, price, location, features, photos).

Usage data: generated videos, credits consumed and the technical logs needed to operate and debug the service.

3. What we use it for

To generate your videos, keep your history, deduct and restore credits, give you support and improve the quality of the service.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Providers involved

We use external services to run the product: infrastructure and database, language and vision models to analyze the listing and write the script, animated clip generation, and voice and music synthesis.

Payments are processed by Stripe, which receives your email and the billing data needed for the charge. We do not store your card details.

These providers process only the data needed for their task and under their own processing terms.

5. Where your files are stored

Audio and video files are stored in a private bucket and delivered through time-limited signed links. Only you can see your projects: access is restricted at the database level by your user id.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your projects and videos while your account is active so you can download them again. If you delete a project or your account, the associated data is deleted.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your personal data from your account section, or request full deletion by writing to hola@vibesclip.ai.

8. Contact messages

If you write to us through the contact form, we store your name, email, agency and message for the sole purpose of replying to you.

9. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy we will publish the new version on this page and, if the change is relevant, we will notify you by email.
