1. What VibesClip is and who operates it

VibesClip takes the public link of a real estate listing and automatically generates vertical videos with voice-over, music and on-screen text, made for social media and paid campaigns.

2. Your account

To use the service you need an account with real information, and you must keep your password safe. You are responsible for the activity carried out from your account.

You can request the deletion of your account at any time by writing to us from the contact page.

3. Credits

Each plan delivers credits at the start of its cycle (Plus 50, Pro 100 and Max 300 per month) and they do not roll over between cycles. On the annual plan you pay for 10 months and receive 12. A 15-second video uses 6 credits and a 30-second video uses 10. Credits are deducted when generation starts.

If a generation fails because of a problem on our side, the credits are refunded to your account. Credits are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for money.

4. Pricing, billing and automatic renewal

Plans are recurring subscriptions: they are billed when you subscribe and renew automatically at the end of each cycle (monthly or annual) with the same payment method, until you cancel. Extra credit packs are one-time payments.

Payments are processed by Stripe. The exact amount and currency are shown before you confirm the payment; prices are published in US dollars (USD) and, in the countries where it is available, also in local currency.

You can change plan, update your card, view your invoices or cancel at any time from Settings → Manage subscription and invoices. When you cancel you keep access until the end of the cycle you already paid for.

Your first subscription comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. That and the rest of the refund conditions are detailed on the Refunds and cancellation page.

5. Content you upload or link

You must have the right to use the photos, texts and data of the listing you give us, as well as the logo you upload for the watermark. Do not use the service with third-party listings without authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that use the service for misleading or illegal content, or content that infringes third-party rights.

6. AI-generated content

Hooks, scripts, animations and voices are generated with artificial intelligence models and may contain inaccuracies. Before publishing, check that the property data (price, area, location, listing type) is correct.

Animated scenes are creative representations. We do not guarantee that they reflect the exact condition of the property; their advertising use is your responsibility.

7. Ownership of the videos

The videos you generate are yours: you can publish them and use them in paid campaigns at no extra cost. We keep the rights to the platform, the software and the visual templates.

8. Availability and changes

The service is provided as is and may have interruptions or changes in its features and prices. Relevant changes are communicated by email or inside the app.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the credits consumed in the affected generation. We are not liable for commercial results, purchase decisions or the performance of your campaigns.
